Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! Local pick up is available in Cloverdale, BC.  I will send an email once your order has been placed with pick up information.

 

When can i expect my order to ship and arrive?

Current turnaround times for made to order items are approx 5-7 business days. Ready to ship items will ship within 24 hours. Please note, Canada Post is experiencing high volumes of packages and shipping delays so delivery time will vary based on region and shipping method chosen.

 

CANADA

We currently offer 2 shipping options:

1. Packages are shipped via Canada Post untracked lettermail with a flat rate $5 fee  

2. If you require tracking for your package, please select the Expresspost shipping option at checkout. Prices may vary based on region and purchased items.

 

Please note: If you do not select tracked shipping, we have no way of knowing your package location or estimated delivery time once it is in the hands of Canada Post.

Lottie Belles Bowtique is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen mail. We will not replace lost packages when untracked lettermail shipping option is chosen.

 

 

USA

Packages are shipped via a flat rate tracked packet.    

Note: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Lottie Belles Bowtique is not responsible for delays due to customs.
