When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?

Our current turn around time for handmade, made to order items is 5-7 business days. Ready to ship listings will ship within 24 hours. Delivery times will vary based on shipping method chosen and region.

 

What size/style bows are best for newborns?

All of our bows are available on stretchy nylon headbands or alligator clips with teeth. Nylon headbands are best for newborns until around 2 years old. Alligator clips are best for children with hair.

The style of bow is best chosen on your preference of look.

Example: Classic bows are bigger for more of a statement look, knot bows are best for more of a dainty style.

 

Do you offer custom bows?

Yes! Please reach out if you are looking for a specific fabric you do not see or style. I love to work with customers to create their perfect bow!

 

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer 2 shipping options:

Untracked letter mail- A low flat fee and does not include tracking. Please note, Lottie Belles Bowtique is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. We will not replace lost untracked packages.

Tracked package via Canada Post Xpresspost- When your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you.

 

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final due to their handmade nature. We do not accept refunds or exchanges; however, if you have concerns about your order please do not hesitate to contact us lottiebellesbowtique@outlook.com

What is the best way to contact you?

Please reach out via email with any order questions or custom requests. You can also direct message us on instagram or facebook but due to the high volume of messages- email is always the preferred way of communication.
